Homeaway.com Complaint
Cancelled my account and bookings for no reason. Won't even refund what I paid them already - Subscription
"Upon further review, we stand by our decision regarding removing your listings from all of the HomeAway, Inc. websites. This is a final decision as your account has been associated with individuals we no longer do business with. This decision will not be overturned or retracted. Due to our privacy policy we are unable to provide further information."
Other than some vague reference to individuals, who we have no idea who they are, as we have listings in Barcelona, Miami and New York. Surely these individuals can't all be in the three locations%u2026this seems impossible.? This is the only reason our account has been terminated with some of our Annual Subscriptions still current to November 2017. We have asked for a partial refund but we are being ignored, by guess who?
We are told that Patty Case as the head of US Trust & Security and nobody, not even the CEO of the company can overturn her decision. It has now become a matter of principle on our part to combat the sheer arrogance displayed by Patty Case and HomeAway.
